But what separates a basic clean from a hospitality-driven, luxury turnover?

Kitchen

  • Countertops sanitized, backsplash wiped down

  • Microwave cleaned inside and out

  • Coffee station reset with clean mugs and stocked amenities

  • Trash emptied, inside of can cleaned and sanitized, liners replaced

  • Floors swept, vacuumed, and mopped

  • Quick inventory check for guest-use items


Bathrooms

  • Showers, tubs, toilets, and sinks deep cleaned and sanitized

  • Mirrors cleaned - no streaks or smudges

  • Towels replaced, folded, and styled with intention

  • Amenities restocked (shampoo, soap, paper products, etc.)

  • Trash removed, bins disinfected

  • Baseboards wiped and floors mopped


Living Areas

  • Floors vacuumed - even under the furniture

  • Couch cushions and pillows fluffed, blankets restyled

Bedrooms

  • Under-bed vacuuming (no dust bunnies here)

  • Nightstands wiped, lamps dusted, drawer interiors checked

  • Throw pillows fluffed and staged

  • Closets reset with neatly arranged hangers
