The Clean Collective is a vacation rental cleaning company based in Waco and serving North Central Texas, DFW, and surrounding East Texas areas. We are proud to be host-owned and hospitality driven.

  • We proudly serve Waco, DFW, and surrounding East Texas areas. Not sure if you're in range? Just reach out - we're happy to check availability! 

    A travel surcharge of $1/mile applies for locations more than 20 minutes from the city center (one-way). Alternatively, a flat travel fee of $25–$50 may apply.

  • Yes! We bring all of our own high-quality, pet-safe, and eco-conscious cleaning products, tools, and equipment - unless you have specific products you prefer us to use in your home.

  • We recommend booking turnovers at least 48 hours in advance. For high-volume hosts, we require access to your booking calendar for automated scheduling. Last-minute cleans may be available for a $50 rush fee.

  • Absolutely! The Clean Collective is a fully insured and licensed business. We also work exclusively with vetted, trained 1099 professionals who are covered under our general liability policy.

  • Our cleaners are trained in vacation rental-specific standards - not just house cleaning. We cover turnover protocols, hospitality-level staging, guest experience essentials, and vacation rental best practices.

  • We accept ACH transfers, credit cards, or Stripe. For hosts with multiple properties or frequent cleanings, we offer monthly invoicing and preferred pricing.

  • Absolutely! While we're known for our 5-star vacation rental cleanings, we also bring our signature attention to detail and hospitality-driven standards to residential homes and commercial spaces.
